Account Manager - Ile-de-France (M/F)

EUROMAC2 is recruiting an Account Manager for the Ile-de-France region

As part of our Group's development, we are currently looking for an Account Manager / Specifier (M/F) in the Ile-de-France region.

You will be responsible for marketing all EUROMAC2 Group products and services. As a true brand ambassador, you will represent the Group and its values to our customers, both with your prospects and with the network of business introducers you will create. You will work as part of a team with the Sales Department and head office teams.

You'll be working mainly in the field, but you'll also be handling incoming and outgoing calls, and entering and tracking orders on our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to optimize case follow-up.

Organized, pugnacious, mobile and detail-oriented, you enjoy direct contact with customers, working in the field and getting involved in projects with your customers. You're capable of working autonomously in a home-office environment, while showing initiative. You have no particular problem with long-term business follow-up.

Missions

Manage the Group's sales activities at local level

  • Actively prospect potential customers and develop an effective network of contacts to feed on qualified customer contacts with actual construction projects.
  • Exploit the commercial information entrusted to it by the head office support departments to carry out visits to prospective customers.
  • Create a local network of trusted craftsmen.
  • Create local events (site openings, aperitifs or breakfasts) to attract prospects and customers.

Expert sales

  • Provides technical support to its teams on complex issues
  • Resolution of first-level customer disputes

Administrative follow-up

  • Ensure follow-up of the project from initial contact to completion. As such, you are responsible for making site visits corresponding to orders processed, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Check the relevance and consistency of the plans drawn up with the prospect's actual needs and the company's constraints.
  • Provide initiative and precise analysis for the design of the technical offer.
  • Analyze the prospect's needs and buying motivations, so as to enable the order to be placed.
  • Anticipate orders, to ensure the best possible interface between the customer, logistics and sales administration.
