Sébastien CHABAL and Lionel NALLET build the Hôtel des Lumières in Meyzieu (69) in EUROMAC2

In 2013. Lionel NALLET & Sébastien CHABAL, two big names in French rugby, started a real estate project together, building a High Thermal Performance hotel in Meyzieu, near Lyon (69):

Hotel des Lumières

The company SOFIALEX a specialist in thermal insulation, structural work and the construction of commercial buildings (offices, supermarkets, hotels, etc.). For this project, EUROMAC2 construction materials were used to ensure the building's thermal performance, since the entire hotel was built using EUROMAC2 formwork blocks. EUROMAC2 formwork blocks (M175/35). In all, over 2,454 m² of EUROMAC2 blocks ensured the building's thermal insulation, for the comfort of future guests!
