1 - On-site customer support
A worry-free building shell!
EUROMAC2, in compliance with CSTB regulations, offers all its customers training in the use of formwork blocks. On request and subject to agreement, this training can be given directly on your site, subject to conditions. Training and assistance take the form of site-specific advice and support.
The on-site training and support program is designed to give all company customers who so wish an introduction to the use of the EUROMAC2 construction system based on their own building project.
This enables professionals and private individuals with basic construction knowledge to carry out their building projects with the comfort and confidence of personalized support from the company's trainers.

All training and assistance programs for the use of the construction system cover site preparation, working methods, installation and inspection.
In general, this includes accompanying the customer in site preparation, laying the first rows of formwork blocks, shoring them up and creating a lintel or beam formwork. This is particularly suitable for builders who wish to benefit from the advice and assistance of a professional trainer to get their project off to a good start and then pursue it independently.
Depending on the customer's choice, assistance can be provided with the installation of all formwork blocks, lintels and beams, as well as with the installation of peripheral slab formwork and shoring, and with levelling and checking levels.
This formula is particularly suited to builders who want in-depth training and the assistance of a professional trainer to achieve reliable assembly in a very short time.
PHC training courses are run by seasoned technical trainers with genuine field experience. They are present at all stages of the training to answer questions and ensure good practice in the use of materials, and guarantee assistance and training for all participants. The training technicians will validate every stage of the building site.

Building high-performance homes requires real know-how. With the support of its partner PHC, the EUROMAC2 group has developed a training program open to building professionals wishing to develop their business in the new high-performance energy construction market.
This training course is designed to develop the skills of masons, journeymen and all building craftsmen in the use of insulating blocks and in compliance with new building standards. It is offered as part of the "Formations Pédagogiques" program set up by the French Ministry of Labor and Employment to encourage VSEs and SMEs in the building sector to take part in the energy transition process.
