The Simone Veil association buys a new passive building made of EUROMAC2 to renovate the Soleil residence.
A new 16-apartment building is going up. Sixteen apartments that will complement the buildings currently being renovated, with one major difference: this building will consume only the energy it produces, and will even be able to sell its surplus to the grid.
High-performance materials, well-exposed bay windows, double-flow ventilation and solar panels will be the key to future residents' living and financial comfort. All with a terrace and, above all, no thermal bridges. EUROMAC2 is passive house performance for all ages.
