How did you hear about EUROMAC2?
We first came across EUROMAC2 at the Andelnans trade show (90). Basically, we knew neither the principle nor the company. But we were intrigued by this stand with polystyrene blocks. It really piqued our curiosity.
So we decided to find out more and spoke to an advisor, who later became our EUROMAC2 advisor.
Why choose EUROMAC2?
We wanted a product that would allow us to go the self-build route. This project is very close to our hearts, I'd even say we're passionate about it, so we wanted to be able to go it alone. In addition to this desire for self-build, I really appreciated the fact that the EUROMAC2 system not only allowed us to build our own walls, but also ensured perfect insulation and watertightness.
This enabled us to make very rapid progress on our project, even though there weren't many of us working on it.
How was your relationship with your EUROMAC2 advisor?
I think this kind of relationship is hard to find anywhere else. Right from the start, we were well informed at the Andelnans trade show stand. After that, we always kept the same contact person. His advice doesn't stop at EUROMAC2 products. We really get full support from his advisor, and that's great!
Did you build the entire project yourself?
Yes, a totally self-built house. From the ground up!
Did you take the free factory training course?
Of course it is! We found it really very good, very complete. It's a day that goes by so quickly that you learn so much. The trainer taught us the basic rules of block building. He also tackled issues such as the installation of windows, for example, which were the points on which I had a lot of questions.
At the end of the day, we were even more eager to get on with the job.
