A high-end residence built with EUROMAC2 is emerging in the heart of Chevigny-Saint-Sauveur (21) town center. Located 200 meters from the town hall, this new quality housing area is rapidly developing.
Sercan Entreprise is responsible for the project management of this new residence constructed with EUROMAC2 blocks. This project, named Résidence Saint Eloi, will combine comfort and modernity near Chevigny town hall. Three buildings, comprising 66 apartments ranging from T2 to T4 across five floors (ground floor + 4), and over 4000m² are currently under construction. It also includes two commercial units spanning over 200m².
