A luxury EUROMAC2 residence is being built in the heart of downtown Chevigny-Saint-Sauveur (21). Just 200 meters from the town hall, this new high-quality residential area is in full expansion.
Sercan Entreprise is in charge of project management for this new EUROMAC2 block residence. The project, called Résidence Saint Eloi, will combine comfort and modernity in close proximity to Chevigny town hall. Three buildings representing 66 apartments ranging from T2 to T4 in R+4 and over 4000m² under construction. There are also two commercial units covering more than 200m².
